Traditionally Ashtanga practitioners rest on moon days. Take rest! There is no Mysore classes. By observing the moon days we honor the rhythms of nature and we align with them.

Monday to Friday 10.00-12.00 the Shala is open for self-practice only with an established practice. Feel free to come and practice with us.
Every last Friday of each month, there is a Traditional Primary Series guided class that is not open to beginners in the Mysore style. First, you need to attend the Mysore classes to be able to take the guided class.
XMAS Holidays
Through Christmas holidays the Shala will remain closed from 23rd December to re-open again on the 5th of January.
From January 5th April will be subbing the Mysore program.
RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend avoiding eating 2 hours before practice and don't drink water while practicing.
Before class, inform us about your physical condition, injuries, or pregnancy.
Bring comfortable and light clothes and a towel for adjustments.
Personal hygiene is an integral part of practicing yoga. Please ensure that you and your gear are clean.
Avoid wearing strong scents like perfumes.
Be mindful of others and keep the Shala a silent space refrain from unnecessary talk or using your phone in the practice room.
Refrain from attempting new asanas without approval of your teacher.
Adhere to the traditional Ashtanga sequence of yoga asanas, unless instructed otherwise by your teacher. Communicate with your teacher if you are unfamiliar with the sequence.
We recommend that women observe their cycle abstaining from the practice the first 2 to 3 days and avoiding inverted postures until the end of it. Talk to the teacher if you want more information on the subject.
Classes are taught in English, Spanish a bit of German could be possible
During the week, the door is open at 6.30 if you have an established practice, you can start practicing at that time. Teaching begins at 7.
We offer Self-practice from 10-12 on donation-based when you are not our student.
You do not need to book in advance to come and practice. An email is enough especially if you are a beginner. If you have a regular practice you can just drop by.
